Eligibility & accounts

Products & pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars unless your browser detects a different currency at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, to limit quantities on any item, and to discontinue any product at any time.

Product descriptions

We describe every piece as accurately as we can, including material, finish, and approximate size. Because each piece is handled individually before it ships, very slight natural variation in tone or finish is normal and is not a defect. Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen.

Orders & errors

An order is confirmed once payment is approved; we'll email you a confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example in cases of suspected fraud, an unauthorized transaction, or a pricing or stock error) and will notify you and issue a refund if that happens.

Shipping & risk of loss

Risk of loss and title for items you purchase pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. See our Shipping Policy for delivery windows and international terms.

Returns & refunds
